An observation about aggressive drivers during the power outages: Yes, stoplights were out all over the Eastside which inconvenienced everyone. But about 95% of people stopped at intersections with non-functioning stoplights and waited their turn to go. Almost all of the drivers that I saw blow right through intersections without stopping were men driving large pickups or SUVs. Does that choice of a large vehicle say something about the personality of some drivers?

Yes it indicates those men each have a small d and make up for it with their vehicle size

I just wish people wouldn't drive like jerks because I have kids in the car with me most of the time and it can be really scary out there. I guess I hadn't noticed but you are right, now that I think about it many of the people I have seen acting like that always drive some sort of large truck.

Hi guys, I am looking for a change after 11 years serving in the current organization. I have total 13 yrs exp. with only 13 LPA as I am in the same organization and didn't switch. With EY in the HR discussion they stated 19.4 LPA fixed, but I requested for 20 LPA fixed (though the difference is not much). The HR stated they may need to take approvals and the call ended. Do you know whether they will come back? How many days usually it takes HR to come back? It's the 3rd day almost.

Lately, I've been hearing a lot from my peers about how sales isn't a real profession.
I work at a tech startup and it mostly comprises developers. They can't stop emphasizing their importance in the food chain and I can't figure if I'm too humble or they're too arrogant.
This yapping comes from people I've known since college. I have successfully blocked all such negativity but wanted to know if anyone here has faced such scenarios.
P.S: I've already accepted an offer above my expectations
