I’ve managed 7 accounts this year, secured two upsells totaling $150k, and maintained a 95% client retention rate—but I’m not sure how to present this in a way that really stands out. Do you focus on hard numbers, client feedback, or the impact you’ve had on team projects? Also, any tips on handling the “why you deserve a raise” conversation without it feeling awkward?
