Have 2 offers on the board that I am trying to decide between currently and would appreciate some opinions.

160k base, 85k equity/vested over 4 years
No year end bonus, no signing bonus
TC ~180k

StubHub:
NEW YORK
125k base, 500k equity/vested over 4 years
20k signing bonus, 10% year end bonus
TC ~270k

I am heavily leaning towards Spotify right now due to it being remote and because StubHub is not public so worried about the rsus decreasing in value. Thoughts?

Anyone know the salary & total comp range for EY Parthenon Director in NYC?

Currently debating if I should pay off zero interest debt or put the money in index funds instead? The debt is only zero interest for about 10 months or so. I’m applying to jobs in a high COL area and am currently living in a low COL area. I plan to stay in the low COL area and work remotely until offices open back up which won’t happen this year. Anyone knows why DI is delaying the onboarding for a bunch of folks selected through campus placement? Some of the hires started their their onboarding in Sept and are well settled in the system and recent update from HR is that for everyone still waiting to get a joining date needs to undergo some training and up skilling program for 12 weeks ( a reduced stipend will be paid along with 1st months salary). Was interviewed last year around October by google for a role at L5 level. Could not reach hiring committee level. In 2017 I was interviewed and could reach hiring committee but could not move any further and could not get selected. Given these two prior attempts, should I expect to get an interview by google anytime in future?
