male fishies: where do you guys buy your ties?
JPMorgan Chase recruiter from Poland has reached out about a role in the UK and has tried to call me from a polish number, but can’t hear a thing during the phone call. She then messages me on LinkedIn to say she will call me in an hour due to having connection issues.
Does this sound legit?

Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

Managers definitely are harder to get staffed on non-group projects and especially within strategy. There's been a big push since last year to "sell startegy, work strategy, staff strategy." You do get the freedom of working cross industry though because customer strategy is a functional group. The biggest clients are usually Retail, Products, and CMT. Interview process is usually 1 "case interview" (but not really that hard) with a senior manager then 1 "skills interview" with another SM or MD then 1-3 "fit/confirmation interviews" onsite with MDs or SMs

Thank you A1. So far I have one 75min case interview set up (with a Manager vs SM which surprised me). Are cases typically customer related cases? What specific skills would the skills interview focus on?
