Any advice on how to move from digital consulting to a digital strategic role in industry (healthcare)? And any recommendations on what companies would be good for that? (Talking about the US) TIA!

I am a Mechanical Engineer currently in Structural Analysis domain for 2 years and Want to change my domain to Data Engineering or Big Data Developer. What should be my approach and ideally how long would it take to get into this industry ?

I have a return offer from a big 4! Thoroughly enjoyed the experience as an intern and have no complaints. Would love to go back.

However, a bit confused if I should try and recruit with MBB’s or if I should accept the big 4 offer already and take the sign on bonus?

Would it be a blunder to NOT try recruiting with MBB’s ? Besides the monetary aspect, what are the other things I’d have to think about?

Currently a paralegal at a small start up financial services company been there for just a little over a year. I wear “multiple hats” but more recently I’ve done a lot of PM work and some BA work. I have been looking at the curriculums for Harvard Business School's Master of Business Administration and Harvard Extension School's Master's in Management. They both have the same requirements, generally speaking, including a field immersion course that serves as a capstone in the Master's in Management, which is fairly new. If I am not able to gain admission to Harvard Business School, but wanted a similar educational experience to become a consultant, should I attend Harvard Extension?

What is the consulting industry average for both voluntary and involuntary attrition?

If I’m looking to specialize in data analytics work, would it be more beneficial to get a MS degree vs. data analytics bootcamp?

Even without LinkedIn, I see a lot of people younger than me in much better roles. They started off with relevant jobs right out of college. I graduated in 2009 when the economy tanked and worked in retail for years before I was finally able to land in corporate. Does anybody else struggle with this as well? I’m constantly comparing myself to others who are younger than me.

Accenture employs 700,000+, Deloitte has 400,000+, EY/PWC/KPMG are all 250,000+. How can you not feel like just another employee ID #?
