$245k base + bonus (unsure how that’s calculated)
I should probs add that my billable target is 2000
I can't remember what ours was at years 4-6 (and we've had one or two bigger adjustments since then to try to get closer to market--closer, definitely not at market still) but I was at $220 at a senior associate so guessing our mid levels are now at somewhere like $180-205. Bonuses are not a big part of our comp.
I was at a non-litigation boutique until 2021 and 4-6 year people were making around 135k. Hopefully that would be low …. and you should be able to negotiate closer to the prior comment.

Hours requirements and bonus structure are probably going to play a big part in this. Don’t know about the litigation side, but our mid-levels are at about $155k + bonus for hours (starts at 1500) and origination credits.
I have worked with a lot of boutiques in Atlanta. I'd say 200K +/- 25K is pretty standard for the high end lit boutiques. Feel free to DM if you want to chat. I have a number of unposted positions!
