Hi, did anybody ever experience wrong tax calculations by JPMC Payroll/tax team ? Or is there any specific month where they deduct more tax. Huge amount of tax deduction is done for Oct payout. From my CA’s calculation the amount deducted by JPMC team looks wrong. Anybody experienced this?

I attended an interview and did assignment for Multimedia designer role 15 days ago fo BMC team at EY GDS, still not heard back, interview was positive and assignment is also good. HR's don't reply to email and don't pick calls, should I keep hope or forgot it? I'm just asking for feedback because I have put 6 hours hard work in to assignment.

The Tasty Trade material is good. They like what is called theta delta neutral trades. That is, trades not depending on a tickers direction.
Think or Swim (TOS), part of Schwab has good courses that also do more directional and technical analysis.
Both are free, and also have paper trading to help you master without risking real money.
Most people new to options lose money. Most people also don't think they need to paper trade. A TOS study a few years back when Tom (founder of Tasty Trade, he was a founder of TOS and sold to TDAmeritrade which bough TOS) found people that made money in paper were about 6 times as likely to be successful.
Totally agree. I did hundreds of paper trades and learned a lot.

For options you want high volume and price volatility. Mutual funds have relatively low volume and stable prices. Check out the tasty trade options course.
