Any certification advice for a public sector PM looking to transfer to the tech field?

I am currently completing my Agile practitioner certification but I wanted to know if anyone has any other certifications they would recommend me doing to help establish credibility and knowledge?

I am thinking of also taking a scrum course but any further advice would be appreciated, for further background I am also a contractor so would want the certifications to be widely recognised.

AWS vs Cloudflare BDR roles

AWS lowballed but I negotiated to match Cloudflare. Cloudflare offers more equity but AWS has a higher base.

I love Cloudflare. The people are great but it’s an engineering culture and the sales team isn’t as well shaped up and I can’t go for a promotion until at least 18 months of tenure. I am an investor in the company and think of them super highly. I’ve already got half a years SDR experience and AWS promotes quicker.

I completed the last round of an interview (presentation) last week. Originally they said they would be calling my references & then make an offer accordingly.
Today they updated that they'd like me to travel to their HQ (based in Nordics & I'm in London) for the final round where I'd meet the CEO, the hiring manager and a couple of people in the team.
I don't think I'm the only one in the process - even though initially the last round was the presentation.
