For 3.8years of experience KPMG is offering me is 10lpa, in my current company I am getting some 7.8lpa

What is the best way to reach out after not getting the job to ask for feedback? Do interviewers really ahve time to provide feedback for the candidate they didn't go with?

When a recruiter tells you the salary range in the first interview, is that firm? Is there typically room to negotiate above this if you're chosen?

I work at KPMG and was told that I will not be promoted (from senior associate 2 to 3), but received pay rise as someone who was promoted. I am so proud person that immediately after knowing that I will not be promoted, I wrote resignation. What is your action plan in this case? Will you resign?
