I have recently joined Deloitte and have to submit my HRA declaration, my work location is Hyderabad and even i staying in Hyderabad on rent but my owner refuse to give me her PAN card details.
I can submit my parents PAN details ( both are retired but they stay in Jharkhand) instead of my owners

What do you think about switching tech stacks vs becoming an expert in one stack? I am a backend Java engineer, and have solely used Java since I've started my software engineering career about 2 years ago. I have given my interview in HCL and cleared 1 TP, 1 hcl manager & Client TP and Client Manager rounds .
In initial screening HR told the generic statement of 30-40% and I have given my ask as 50% minimum. After clearing the rounds I heard from the project team that Client has given great feedback and wanted to take me in .
What is the % I can ask in HR Discussion and will they reject in HR if I ask more now .
I have 9.5 years total experience and role is Storage Architect.
