Hi, I been working for Lloyds Bank for almost 9 years now , I recently attended a interview for Barclays and offered an Senior Business Analyst AVP role in Wealth and private banking area. I did not see much difference in the salary offered and it is pretty much same ie 68.5k.But the difference is current role is London based, however the Barclays one is based in Glasgow where cost of living is less in comparison. I am unable to decide whether to take the offer or not..any suggestions will be helpful pls.

Mostly Freshers joining organization get 6 months probation period, in FedEx ACC it's for everyone so that you can utilise 1 month notice period during probation period to find good job, as you might find 5 days work from office, no cabs, no free meals, health insurance from your pocket with heavy premium not good enough apart from only salary to continue in FedEx ACC.

Yes. Everything from your pocket. Nothing even basic benefits not provided.
The company is old, the setup is new which is ACC. Also I have heard that the policy is good.

6 months probation is pretty standard I think, most companies have it.
Hey
There is a 6 month probation. The only terms I remember is that earned leaves will be credited after completion of probation. During the first 6 months, we'll just get sick+casual leaves along with the public holidays.
