Any ideas on salary for a 4-7 year senior associate at a mid-sized firm (250-400ish attorneys or AM 150-200) in a HCOL (not NY) city on the East Coast? Privacy group (transactional work, not IR). No real reliable info out there.

3 attorney firm. I’ve been here for 6 years and have used Westlaw exclusively. Now we are switching to Lexis because apparently Westlaw is too expensive. I hate change. I know where everything is on Westlaw and now I need to relearn. Apparently Westlaw will not budge on price and would rather just see a client leave than work with them. Super annoying. Any insight on negotiating Westlaw or transitioning to lexis?

I got offer from Deloitte for around 14.5 (fixed + variable) for 4 years of experience in SAP.

Currently a tech litigation associate with lots of hearing, depo and trial experience (I’ve appeared on my own at hearings/depos) at a well respected firm. I have limited privacy experience despite being hired for that reason… Have my CIPM and CIPP/US /E and /C. Remote preferred; hubs is pilot with cool intl transfer opportunities. Money isn’t issue.
