Any last minute tips for google data science interview?

Yoe-7 techstack - .net,MVC,webapi,azure certification (az-204) but no hands on azure projects.

Unisys- 23 Lpa(fixed) ,LWD - 23 oct ,CCTC -14.5
Given number of interviews but no one are ready to give more than this even if I reach last rounds.
I am confused right now like should give some more interviews or join the unisys?

Is unisys good company to join and how about wlb and hikes in unisys?

I'm looking for a change and want to get into a DS role. I have 1.8 years of experience at a fortune 50 retailer and I am currently a senior analyst. I also have PGDM in finance, and my skills include SQL, python, PowerBI, tableau, familiar with Knime, Alteryx and also PySpark. I just came here to vent. Had an interview, I thought it went great. At the end of the interview hiring managers said and I quote “ you set the bar real high” today I received a thank you but no thank you email.

Hey all, transitioned from the military last spring and got a UX product manager position at a bank.

Pay is good, but missing the mission aspect of work. Have interview offers from Microsoft and Amazon for cleared PM work, but most of them are less product manager work and more adjacent program work.

This might just be grass is greener thinking, but would love to hear if you have made the transition if you enjoy cleared PM work or do you wish you stayed in the non-cleared space?

I am completing Noogler period this month.
I joined in January with 3-4 years of experience and Google offered me L3 Level and despite having other offers in hand, Google didn’t negotiate. And since Google was my dream company, I joined Google thinking I’ll ask for promotion in one year and do the hardwork.
Till now I wasn’t having any problem. But now it starts mentally for me. So, I referred one of my friend from my same batch of college and previous organisation. contd. in comments!

Cleared first round and my on-site is next week. It just came to my notice something about visa sponsorship in JD. It states “This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.” I have H1B but I would need H1b transfer and GC sponsorship. Can anyone help me out here.
