Coach
From several purchases, I negotiate that certain repairs are done or subtracted. I try to be reasonable; if it's not a new house it's not going to be in new condition, but dangers or code violations may be reasonable to negotiate on.
Thank you! Yeah, I am not after small things! There are couple safety and structural challenges were indicated on the report. With good faith, I want to discuss those with the seller. I agree with you, it’s not a new house, and I’m more than fine to take on the small issues as is.
I usually try to get a credit vs having the seller fix things
I go in with a high (but not insulting) ask and hope to agree somewhere below that.

What did the inspection show?
Ps - this is what your realtor gets paid for!
I don’t have an agent!

Time to find one ASAP!
You got to the inspection stage without a relator? If you are a 1st time home buyer, you need one.
I negotiated realtor fee off of the purchase price! I feel comfortable with everything. I’m just asking for any tips if you have it. Thank you
I’m more than capable to read and have an informal conversation with a seller agent! It’s not a rocket science. I was genuinely asking for tips! If you don’t have one, please don’t crowd the chat here. If you have one, your tips are more than welcome. Thank you.
