I would definitely recommend The Trusted Advisor and The Pyramid Principle.

The first for gaining a client's trust and loyalty, the second for effective storytelling techniques.

likehelpful

HBR, McKinsey, Knowledge @Wharton and various industry specific podcasts.

like

Thanks - it seems like every podcast feels obligated to incorporate politics or ‘how to deal with covid’ that it’s made it impossible to find anything worth listening to.

like

I found some of the articles on the McK or BCG website particularly interesting - they have a broad range of topics.

Also I liked a lot the McK book called Value - it’s a little less dense a whole lot smaller than the Valuation. Valuation is also great but too specific for most folks. I’m not the biggest fan of the Strategy to beat the odds book, but I liked the article though.

like

Thanks - still relevant to other strategic focuses.

I’ve found the a16z podcasts useful. The one on education is superb
