Hi Fishes, Sometime back I was interviewed for Technical Support Job role in my domain. T1 went well. T2, in my understanding was better only (not great like T1 but not blunder. I felt it was nice and i replied majority of questions). They released the feedback after 10 days with "Not Positive". I am not totally sure with feedback as I replied majority of questions correct. I am being bit curious with "Microsoft" tag. What can be the reason?
Discussion appreciated.

Hi Folks,
Hope you are doing well, I need valuable suggestion on few of my queries.
I had joined KPMG(KGS) on April 2022, during the interview i have been told that i would be working on Java Backend Development as my background belongs to same technology and my interview was also happened on Java/Spring/Microservices; but they put me on Low-Code / No code Platform and its totally tool based work. I am frustrated with the current work as i didnt find anything productive to learn.Continued in com KPMG @

Hi Guyz,
Any one from IBM ?
I went through the entire recruitment process and got selected for IBM ISL. Now I am being told by the HR that they are unable to release offer as there is a hiring freeze.
Can any one please tell me if its correct or just an excuse not to give me offer. If its true, when will this freeze be removed?
What are the perks in PWC?

What is a good salary for a director in NY?
Hey! Any Google folks know if it’s possible to negotiate fully remote if a contract role is hybrid? Personally, I don’t want to relocate and go to the office on a contract role given the current economy. Plus, I’m assuming contractors are the first to go in layoffs. I just think it’s a fair trade off if I’d be allowed to work fully remote. I’m also trying to have flexibility to manage my Airbnb business in a different country. Same time zone as the home office if I’d travel weeks at a time.

It didn't happen with me exactly, but I felt like it was. I was cheering for her. My friend just wrapped a 6-week process and asked for more after the offer. They didn’t give her everything she wanted, but they did bump her base and added WFH flexibility. Don’t be afraid to ask, even if it feels awkward. What’s the part of the ask that makes you hesitate most?
That’s awesome. Love that for your friend! I think for me it’s just the anxiety of asking after such a long process and the fear that things will all go wrong
I actually had one go well recently. Took forever to get through interviews, but I stayed firm, shared comps, and talked a lot about the value I bring, not just numbers. They didn’t match my ask exactly but still came up a few thousand. I still think salary negotiations are the norm.
This is super helpful and great to hear - so glad it went well for you!
What are you looking to negotiate?
Salary and start date!
Let them know your worth and what you can do to elevate their company. Just ask if we could negotiate the pay. Maybe they'll meet half way?!
