Any recommendations for a good office chair? I got one from Amazon, but it’s not that good!

What monitors would you recommend for home office? I am about to buy one myself. I work in FDD. Do you guys recommend the ultra wide? Curve screen? freesync?And what definition is good enough ? I really do love Apple Retina display but the price.
