There are lot of mixed reviews about Nagarro.. some folks are saying Nagarro do not fire even in covid the only did the pay cuts and did not fire anyone... where as some folks are saying Nagarro is hiring rigorously more than their projects strength so firing will happen for sure and if you are on bench for more than 1 month you are in red zone as the same happened in past... what is the mystery.. can anyone from Nagarro an honest review about this organization.

I always find it funny when people think Slalom pays lower than Big 4. I'm in a north east office and 75% of people here are from Big 4/Accenture. I'm sure they didn't move for a lower salary.
Come in with a strong offer because you’ll likely be getting cost of living adjustments and shafted on your bonus target %
Definitey can pay whatever Big 4 do and they will. However, you may have to sacrifice on title. In general I’ve found we define our SC’s more as M’s and P’s more as SM’s. That may not be the case for our largest offices (e.g., Seattle, Denver) but it’s definitely true for some of the smaller ones. They don’t want to bring in more senior folks over promoting internally unless you bring a new capability, industry expertise, or book of business.
Salary should be of little worry though. If you’re qualified they’ll pay.
I moved over as an SC and they gave me a 50% raise that would have been M level comp at my big 4. However, the bonuses at staff level are like 25-50% of what they were in Big 4. I don’t think that’s the case at higher levels but can’t confirm.
Agreed on bonuses. Average target bonus for my group is 7% of base. If you hit your utilization target, that is basically guaranteed (example utilization target for SC = 80%)
Potentially if the role is a practice area lead or above. But their local model is mostly IC role.
Not bad! Nice
