I Received offers from Razorpay and CRED for a product role.

What should I decide between CRED and Razorpay?
How are appraisals at Razorpay? What's the average hike percentage? Can we ask for more ESOPS during the appraisal before vesting the current ESOPs?

What percentage of counsel have been made partner in recent years? What about in your practice group? If you dont make partner can you stay or is it up or out? What's the criteria to make partner? Do you need to meet the criteria in a certain number of years? Is partnership one-tier or two-tier? Are there any PT partners or counsel? If so, how many? How many in your practice group?
Do counsels receive raises or bonuses? How often? What is the criteria?
Do counsel serve on firm committees or only partners?
These are great. Thank you!!
Sounds like you’ve already made your decision lol
Haha I don’t have an offer yet, but am definitely excited for what this could be! 😄
My only question is what’s the catch? This seems too good to be true!
Hard to say without knowing more about the position and how you’ll be compensated. The title “Of Counsel” can be used for vastly different things. I believe it was first given to semi-retired partners, but today, it often refers to a lawyer who’s essentially a senior associate, or one who works under an independent contractor arrangement.
