Month ago i started looking out for change becs current company doesnt have enough money to sustain. Cleared couple of interview from company like bewakoof, delta, scrut, infosys, jumpcloud i am finishing interview reaching till hr round. Then after hearing my expectation as 40% hike they are telling will try to get you then they just put in wait.can anyone give me advice….?

I worked in PwC for 1.5 years and the moved to Oracle on last July with 50% hike(CCTC is 14.5LPA). I was hired for Application Developer 2 but often I’m getting QA work and I don’t like this job. So looking for a change.

If I leave Oracle before 12 months I should repay the amount I used for relocation purposes. ( I used around 3L )

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I'm accepting an offer with a new company... Start in early Aug. Senior Manager role, though in this company that equates to Manager at most consulting farms. They did not had hunt me. I came to them for the job.

I have COVID delayed vacations planned for the last week in August and the first week in October.

Good Morning. Here's my dilemma. I have an approved H1B application which got picked up in 2019-20 lot and approved in Jan 2020, before the world went into lockdown. The stamping process was initiated but it couldn't complete as the USCIS offices were shutdown die to the pandemic. I have watched patiently about all the regulations Trump Administration brought in to deny any entry to H1B applicants who weren't already working in the states or who were waiting to return.

Situation:
Currently working in an IT company in Dublin Ireland. Company is making some reorganization and offering us :

1. Either to take some %age hike to accept the new shift pattern which is working a few extra hours including weekends, in general it is like losing lot on what was signed by us before.

2. Either to accept a chance to move teams but no idea how it looks like.
