Any suggestions on which airline to start accruing miles with? Based out of DC, DCA is a little more convenient that IAD.

Where will you be flying to? That will determine which airline since none of the big 3 are based out of DC

I do delta, but it’s also driven based on where my client is going to be. Delta has worked out well so far

I do recommend staying away from AA. I’ve had the worst experiences with them in the last 8 years of regular flying.

AA

I’ve done Delta and AA out of DCA. AA has been more on time leaving DCA but Delta has been better about coming back in time. Again it really depends on where you are flying to in DCA

I had heard that AA was the worst. Sounds like a toss up between Delta and United.
I just started and I don’t know where I’ll be flying. Thanks all

Op make the decision on where you are flying to. All 3 suck more or less

I’m plat pro on American, and silver on United. I’d still rather take United. In my mind it’s the worst of the 3 legacy carries

I have an offer and want to negotiate

1. London base salary but I have to absorb all the expenses (train + stay)
I am thinking to negotiate to

2. home base salary and have my expenses paid for

I know that's depends on the amount I have to travel (and potentially stay) but at the moment this is unknown. Past 8 months was just twice a month + 2 nights stay.

The only thing I know is it won't be every week, the return trian ticket is about £80-100, depends I could plan ahead.

Hello Fishes,

I have got my L2 Dependent Visa stamped for the US through the Wife's organization and she has booked the tickets for the both of us in the next weekend. I am currently unallocated in TCS and seeking projects in the same US location as my Wife. Can I travel to the US just like that and then continue my search within TCS from there or do I need any approvals to even fly in the first place?

I am worried because of the time crunch and will be glad to hear some points on this.

Lyft driver delayed picking me up 30 min, resulting in me canceling my ride and asking hotel to call me a “yellow taxi” to get to the airport because it was 5am and all ubers/lyfts were 15 min. Specifically said yellow. Hotel calls me a private lux SUV and the driver got out of the car to handshake the man who called and said hi (honestly money couldve been passed). I then get hit with a $180 ride. Marriott website says taxi should be $65. Should I complain or let it go?

I execute tasks from two investment advisors and two financial planners - they make the decisions of what should happen & I make it happen.
