Have a client who lost their original stock certificates but has pdf copies of the original certificates. The client now wants replacement stock certificates. Do the replacement stock certificates need new stock certificate numbers or should the replacement stock certificates match the pdfs? This is Delaware for reference.

Those of you who left for industry, what do you work towards in your role? I was reflecting on my time in public and there was always something, whether it was a new section in the file, getting more client contact, getting invited to a big golf outing, running the jobs, managing the jobs, etc. I worry that leaving would leave me bored and not motivated to hit any sort of goal.
