What I mean is… my body just wakes up. I cannot go back to sleep, so I am a zombie for the rest of the day 😔

I read it and it was pretty interesting. I could not go to bed at 9pm, but damn if those extra hours in the morning weren’t freeing. The main theme of the book is basically reserving time for yourself in the morning, without distractions, so you can best prepare for the day.
