I have received offer from Shell and SAP labs is in final stage salary discussion. Shell is offering 6 lacs more than @SAP labs. I have tried to negotiate a lot from SAP but they are not ready. They are putting conditions like give your full commitment to join then only we'll release offer letter. I am currently looking for work life balance with growth. Should I join @SAP considering its a Product based and good WLB and learning? Teck Stack - Java/Micro-services/cloud YOE - 11yrs

Hate to say it but uber is definitely in tune

I joined Infosys 5 days back. I want to leave because the project allocated to me is not matching to my skill set. When i asked same thing to my hr , they informed me that I will be getting kr for that. What should I do now?
Will abscond a good idea or something else. Please help. Infosys

Too corporate
Work / life balance can be good. There is no culture. That's the problem. This is where you go to expire.
@OP, people socialize, they host weekly happy hours and recently have been trying to build the culture more. But the holding company/corporate environment is also present. It depends what you are looking for when you talk about culture/socializing within the office.
It varies, but generally I find it to be a good balance. No weeks of continuous late nights
Interesting, Y&R1. Is it just the kind of place where people put their heads down from 9-5 and get their work done without socializing? Or is it more that there's no office perks/social opps?
