There seems to be quite a few people in here looking to join a startup.
We're a mature aerospace impact startup (in Switzerland) pre launch for a new platform to engage and empower passangers in order to accelerate sustainability in aviation. Our product website is www.adaption.me and company website is www.optimaero .ai.
If you're interested in joining us, and you think you have skills that suit our business, you could drop me a speculative application by email at hello@OptimAero.ai.

Hello all, I have an offer from Quantiphi and another famous travel company which is building a technical arm for themselves. Both the companies are offering same compensation. HRs are calling for offer acceptance. I am leaning towards Quantiphi as the culture is well known to me.
But I have to decide soon. Should I accept both the offers and then decline one at the time of joining. I am new to this and find this a little unethical. Can someone help?

Here's how I would handle it: I'd go to the dealership who sold me the car and ask them to write up two quotes to buy it. One with the accident and one without. Then I'd use those to negotiate. I might just ask if they'd be willing to provide the black book data variation. (You should be nice friendly with this dealership b/c they're doing you a favor)
Once I got that data I'd add like 25% and demand from insurance. When they provide a response back I'd provide the info from the dealership, demand they match it or threaten litigation (im an attorney so I'd probably just do something soft like add an ", Esq." After my name.
This may or may not be helpful to you but it's how I'd handle. GL!
Thanks so much for the advice. I’m going to give the dealership valuation a shot this weekend if I haven’t been able to reach a reasonable number with progressive
The initial offer from insurance is $1,100.
