Any tips on being less anxious/nervous at interviews?

Got few questions regarding LTI and business analyst role. 1:Does anyone have any idea how many rounds are normally conducted for LTI business analyst interview. 2.How how many days they take normally to release offer. 3. How much should i expect /ask for 4.8 yoe for business analyst role.

I interviewed at KPMG on 11/14 and got a verbal offer the next day but since then waiting to hear from them. Been following up continuously but the partners are not replying it seems. In the meanwhile i have an offer from BT offering 90k for 4 yrs of experience which seems to be fair. On his website it looks like each module has a 4-day virtual class which I wouldn't be able to attend due to working full time. Does this program also include self-study material, and the classes are just supplementary/optional? I was also looking at Dalton for self-study and Danko for test prep. Thoughts?
