Definitely know the differences and the underlying concepts between attestation and non attestation engagements.

I got pretty heavily tested on service organizations too and if you’re using Becker I’d say that all of A5 and A6 are really important to know. Especially be mindful of preparation, compilations, and reviews. They’re heavy with those MCQs.

Also I’d recommend knowing the difference between deficiency, significant deficiency, and material weakness.

Why is education deemed more valuable on a pay scale than experience? Employers will pay someone with a degree and no experience a greater salary, than someone who has exhibited the experience. Understanding that the degreed person committed to school and finished, yet that doesn't diminish what the not degreed has committed to and accomplished in their careers. This has to stop!

Can someone explain the difference between FB’s Partner Solutions Manager and the Strategic Partner Manager? From an initial recruiter call, it seems the SPM provides the consultative product recs while the PSM onboards the client onto that product and tracks performance to provide actionable recs as needed. Anyone know career growth and salary for these two? I don’t want a sales heavy/only lateral growth role like their client solutions manager roles so these seem like good compromises?

I’ve taken FAR a few times at this point. I got two 74s and this past one I got a 70. I felt like the last exam (which was a few weeks ago) was extremely harder than the other ones. Has anyone else noticed the exam getting extremely tough? Or do you think I just got a one off?
