What base salary/ total comp to expect for a Sr PM in Toronto in today’s market?

I was looking at PM roles only that were around $110k, one company approached me with Sr PM (title bump) at $110k. I’m getting scheduled for final interview loop next week with this company and planning to negotiate if an offer is extended from them. I did tell them that I’m at final stage with other companies so they can expect multiple offer situation from me. Advice?

Is this legal? My spouses company just decided to change their comp structure for account managers. It was base + comm, now it’s commission only but nothing changed, OT commission is the same, didn’t get more points, just took away the base pay and said work harder basically. So now they have to worker harder to get $50k they were already making. (Not a decision based on employee performance, they’ve been crushing it. I think the company is just trying to save money they overspent else where)

Salary question: working as a partnerships/digital content project coordinator in arts & culture and want to ask for a pay rise at my annual review. But the company is strapped for resources as we are not for profit.
I am adding a lot of value by importing my networks/contacts, initiating and maintaining high profile partnerships, working cross functionally within company eg with marketing and PR teams, pitching ideas for future projects, giving face lifts to older ones… what % should I ask for?

I was approached on LinkedIn for an early career recruiting role in DFW, TX. I don't have direct experience, but I have the university experience/connections from working in career services. So many love it, but our pay is low compared to the rest of the financial sector, and so when people with great experience come knocking, HR denies them because the ask is outside the price range. HR is not ready to share the exact budget they have (weird!! because HR usually give the idea of how much they can offer )
