My practice in S&C is transfering to SONG, effective September 1st. What is the likelyhood of getting f* from a compensation standpoint ? Zero chance that I put SONG on linkedin 😩😅

Due to obvious conditions my comp for the calendar year (salary+bonus) is back to 2017 levels although my overall sales are more than double and 1/3 less total comp than last year. It seems like comp opportunity is always decreasing during good times (I get it) but when it comes to adjusting during bad times, nothing was done. Is this normal for industry sales?

I am working as a QAE 1 in Amazon. Current CTC (12.5 LPA base + 3.5LPA bonus) I will get promoted to QAE 2 in Amazon in a year.. I got offer from microsoft for Testing consultant role and the CTC for it is 21LPA. Should I join Microsoft or just stay in Amazon?

I joined on 28th November and was told that the payroll team will contact me before 15th for payroll setup.

I have opened a new salary account with icici for gds but still have not been contacted by payroll team.

Will I get salary this month or will it be carried over to next month as my payroll is not setup and in orientation it was told that the cutoff date is 15th of every month.

Hello all, i have. A question regarding compensation for a lateral move. I just received a job offer for an UA position from a competing cyber insurance carrier for $70,000 + bonuses. This job will be based out of San Francisco. I currently make $30/hour for the same role in Chicago, after OT it’s about $60,000. Do you think it would be wise to accept the offer? Need advice & perspectives: I got a verbal review from my manager saying he couldn’t see me as senior cuz I didn’t follow the design doc format he mandates from all designers. Currently, in accenture. I have had very bad billable hours and not much achievement this fiscal year. I am worried of getting fired, so i applied for another job. Got offered may be 5% above my current pay with 5k bonus, but in lower level at Deloitte. I think working lower level will give me more opportunities to learn as i think i have lot to learn. I made decision based on my gut and accepted the offer. I have not talked to anyone on accenture side yet. What you think?
