Anybody has any idea about Houlihan Lokey India? How is the work life balance? Specifically TAS division.

I am looking for a summer internship in consulting. Currently, I'm a 3rd year Economics and Stats student at U of T.
My target companies are KPMG and Accenture, and I really want to work in one of these two as they have the best workplace culture.

What about legal work is currently causing your mental health struggles?

Mine’s the hours, which is not normally my issue. I billed 230 for June and July and am already at 145 for August. My ability to focus is getting worse by the day, so I’m working longer to bill the same hours and have had to pull a couple all nighters. I burst into tears this morning when a client changed plans and now wants a major project by end of month, on top of my other deadlines next week... I just want to sleep.

My external recruiter called me and said that he received a very good feedback on me and they are interested but he is not sure about time frame as its a Christmas time and they need to approve with commercial etc so he is not sure that they will proceed before Christmas. Currently at BNY Mellon with 10 YOE, specifically in Corporate Trust working CLO/CDO’s (first job out of college).
