Anybody have experience with final round interviews at UBS for their internal consulting group? I have a final (3rd round) interview later this week and it's just a 30 minute skype interview with the US group leader to my understanding. Would love insight if anybody has been through that process before with UBS.

What would you choose, Big 4 or T2 firms like GT or BDO?

I appeared in L2 round of Capgemini recently.
Just after the intro first question they asked me " Do you have any offer and amount?" This question was asked in technical round.
I'm sure that guy wasn't a Manager.

I don't think he know how to take an interview.

Even after creating 2 asked program and answering 80% of their questions correctly.
Got rejected.
Didn't expect this kind of L2 round from Capgemini.
