Hi Fishes I've recently started working at Accenture and company has offered me (9.1 LPA including fixed and variable) but I've got one more offer after joining Accenture from Capgemini (in Malasiya - KL) of 7000 Ringgit/ Month. Sharing my experience with Deloitte USI interview and offer negotiation. I gave Deloitte interview 2 months ago. After managerial round I did multiple follow ups and Deloitte didn’t bother to reply. I moved on and got another offer. After 1 month Deloitte came back and asked for documents and didn’t show up for another 1 month. Today HR called and asked my expectations. I have 23.5 in hand so I asked for 26 which she said out of budget. Then I asked 23.5 fixed atleast. Contd… in comments
