I’m interviewing for final round of the entry level area manager position at Amazon. I’m working on multiple stories related to the leadership principles. Can anyone provide me some tips regarding the role?
There are 16 leadership principle and I’m thinking of creating some stories around each but the thing that concerns me is what if the questions they ask are related to the same principle and I might have already used up my stories. Something like that. Can anyone please help? Amazon
I'm looking to find a job like the Forward Deployed Engineer role Palantir Technologies in the UK.
I have become hooked on finding a job that involves solving the kinds of problems they presented during their interviews. Although I got to the final round my performance anxiety got the better of me (I think I wanted the job a bit too much...). I will reapply after working in a similar company.
Is it "deep tech" / "data science" or "smart enterprise" that they're doing? Any advice welcome.

Hi fishies. I have a ton of interviews coming up soon including a case interview at EY within their Innovation and Experience Design practice for Digital Strategy Manager. I am super comfortable with CX, design thinking, etc which are the types of projects I would be working on BUT I am absolutely terrible in case interviews. I was hoping it would be based on CX or design but my understanding is there is some revenue component idk. Anyone have any insight? I would greatly greatly appreciate it!
I love you ♥️

Take the place of the manager on your projects. Leadership needs to see you already as a manager to get promoted IMO. Lead and mentor junior and other SA’s in your practice, take ownership of the project finances. become the go to person for something, volunteer for PD work and make sure the partners and directors have visibility into all of this by advocating for yourself and highlighting the work you’re doing.

Hope not seeing the boiler plate advise of must see u operating on next level blabla without anything concrete. One challenge I see is how do u manage peers of same level when you’re all same rank and the leadership deliberately being vague about chain of command so everyone trying to outshine each other and nobody respecting your managing them ?
