Anyone aware of remote jobs that are part time and flexible? Every post I see about remote from home jobs asked to work weekends and also a crazy hours during the week with possibilities of working up to 40 hours. Not looking for that type of job just need something flexible to take kids to school and pick up and no weekends.

Struggling with a decision. Just started a new role with good manager and WLB within healthcare technology. But another large tech firm/cloud/software reached out and willing to pay 20% more. Not sure what the WLF is for this other role. Should I take the better paying role?

Colleague has put in his resignation. They are offering him whatever he wants to stay including 4days a week work from home. He’s not bluffing and plans to leave. However, at this same time I was asked to begin working as a supervisor for the engineering team and I would get a promotion at the beginning of the year.
