Anyone else dealt with intense anxiety before moving to a new city for an internship? I'm due to move to NYC in January after living in the relatively affordable Midwest for all my life. I've spent time in large cities, but this isn't your normal everyday big city. This is... ADVANCED BIG CITY.

Plus I graduate in May and then don't know where I'll end up afterwards. Just a lot of variables and it's overwhelming.

I'm a light sleeper who cares too much about the people around me, but I've got a flight to London next Friday from 7pm NYC time to 7am UK time, and I'd really like to master sleeping on a plane just this once and not be in jet lag hell for the entire day after I land. I'll be in premium economy in an aisle seat. I usually take melatonin before bed and sleep on my side. Does anyone have suggestions for an OTC sleeping pill or pillow that actually works, or other advice for sleeping on a plane?

I have observed that people on testing domain or frontend are getting better pay than other new tech domains like blockchain, cyber security, data sci etc(4-11yr exp) .
For less than 4 years experience new tech job gettig good pay but others getting very less.

In dev job Java, spring r etc getting better pay. Also some SAP consultant are also get paid high.
