I wanted to know if anyone was having issues with their pharma branded Instagram accounts? My brand’s account was fine yesterday and now when you search it it’s not on IG. It’s a business account so it’s fully public. I reached out to a few brand managers and it’s hit or miss on if they’re brand is found. Cleared caches, incognito browser, and all. I’m not sure if IG is down or if something changed with IG and pharma accounts.

Due to a family situation we are looking to move to a different state. Normally we would sell our current home and buy a new home in our new location. However, with todays prices and interest, will it make more sense to rent out our current home and rent a home ourselves vs. selling and buying immediately when we move? We are moving from Vegas to Sacramento and we are not sure how long we would stay in the new area. Thoughts?

I went under contract last fall for a new build that will be done later this year. In the contract the seller/builder included a clause that gave them the ability to change the price without cause anytime before the house is complete. This past week they invoked that clause to increase the price by like 7%, supposedly due to material costs. I can either agree to the increase or they return my deposit. I’m in Dallas and have been renting for 5 years. I don’t have any savings, but have about 30k in my 401k. Im thinking about leveraging that to buy a condo/or house.
