Hello All - I struggle with time management. I take medication but I have no idea whether a task will take 40 mins or 4 hours. Because of this, I over commit and under deliver. Also, having been on the receiving end of criticism, over time I have developed a perfectionist streak. I won't turn it in if it is good enough. How do you break out of this habit?

I have not been diagnosed with ADHD. I definitely fit some of the characteristics that go unnoticed in females. The good news is if i do have ADHD, it makes me quite good at my job as I’m very flexible and can provide positive energy to my patients. Anyway, my boss has told me I have ADHD multiple times. How does sleep affect your medications effectiveness? Do you feel like you need X hours of sleep for your adderall/vyvanse etc. to work properly?

Anyone in this group from Canada? How did you all manage to get medication if CBT didn’t work for you? I have tried everything but my family doctor says that she or psychologists aren’t allowed to give prescription and only psychiatrists can. I cant seem to find any directly or through referral 😣
