I recently cleared all rounds of interview for Mindtree and waiting for the offer letter. However, since Mindtree has been recently acquired by LTI, is there any layoff expected to happen in Mindtree?
Kindly pls give me an idea about how the situation is now in both companies.

Need some positive suggestions.

I'm a data analyst(SQL, Python, ETL, Viz) with 6.5yrs exp at LTI(1 Month exp).
I left PWC AC after 6 months of joining because of the nature of dabba work I was getting(80% testing/documentation, 20% technical). Worked for 12+ hrs everyday and wanted to have some wlb.

Now in LTI, life is too peaceful and there's no technical work in current project. I'm getting thoughts like I'm wasting my skills by taking less tech projects at this stage of career.

What is the maximum salary fixed ctc LTI can offer for P2 role?
For year of experience 4.8

Accenture with 21.5 lpa fixed (ctc 26.76 lpa) or PWC with 20.5 lpa fixed.

Which one should I go for?

1. Oracle - 18.3 LPA fixed + probable bonus (I may or may not get)
2. Amadeus - 18 fixed + 1.5 variable.

Amadeus is also giving joining bonus of 75k. Amadeus is paying more, may give better hikes too, but I am finding it hard to let go off Oracle's brand name on my resume even if it's means around 2L less over an year. I am planning to work for atleast 3 years in my next company.

What would you have done in my place? Should I go for Oracle or Amadeus?

I’m maxing out my 401K, traditional IRA and HSA this year and paying for some house improvements. I have about $750K total investments and very close to $2M net worth, but realize that I am behind on investments if I want to do FIRE.
