Anyone familiar with what the corporate ladder looks like at Raytheon Technologies Corporation? Just applied for a Principal Specialist - Program Cost Control position and curious how this sits compared to an analyst or sr analyst. Also, anyone have an idea of what salary might look like? Based in Texas (remote position), 6+ YOE, MBA graduate.

Negotiate hard because you will be worked hard and could potentially burn out easily 👍

Yes overtime is an option for some programs but managers have to approve it as well. It's paid out as straight time.

A principal specialist is similar to a Sr analyst. It would be a P3 level position for RTX. The salary range for a P3 is min - 70, mid - 110, max - 150. I hope this helps!

like

Thank you for your response!

analyst = p1, sr. Analyst = p2, principle = p3…. So your position is higher than the other two…

like

Yes but in 2021 (i think it was 2021 but maybe late 2020), RTX combined senior and principal levels into the P3. It used to be analyst, analyst II, senior analyst and principal.

I just accepted a PCA role for RMS. I got a sign-on bonus and a salary closer to mid. Full-time remote as well.

Would you be willing to share more details about your offer?

Did you end up securing this role? Just curious what the salary range is I am in negotiations now and I want to get the most out of it. 6 years experience and an advanced degree.

Hi
I have got an offer for analyst position
I have few questions please rply

I have been interviewing for a job. I think I will get an offer. On paper everything is great. ~30k more than I’m making now, plus larger bonus and more profit sharing. Everyone seemed nice. I know someone who works there, and she says it’s great. I hesitate because I love my job. I have the best boss I’ve ever had and genuinely like coming to work. I’ve never had that before. Am I stupid for staying or possibly leaving??

I'm in the final round of interviews for two internal positions - both vertical. One has FTE's (my first such experience) and the other a much broader scope vs my current role

I had interviewed externally for a role on par w the internal roles, at a smaller and less established company. They confirmed +20% was in their range

How do I push back on my company if they offer less than that, if I do want one of those roles? Without a pay scale, what is the best way to approach?
