This is a really tough one. But having all of your ducks in a row and beginning to forecast is important to me. DO your best and try that.

Same! I’m literally mentally organizing and prioritizing my list of things since it’s nearing the end of the month and in return I can’t seem to get to sleep!
Working out has never hurt. Moving my body has always alleviated anxiety and provided some mental clarity
Following…. SAME! Up now @ 2am stressing about it all. Sundays are horrible…. I project manage the day in view of “hours left” for my home and kids and dread Mondays.
I’ve tried more walking/outdoor time to relax. I’ve contemplated trading coffee for mushroom coffee. I’ve contemplated starting Monday with a Xanax.
I’ve found it sort of plateaus after a while but I’m with you on Sunday scaries. A lot of times if you do enough soul searching, you’ll also find the feelings are predicated on one particular potential scenario — recommend doing an internal deep dive to see what that is and if possible, self talking yourself down from that ledge!
I go for my weekly long run at a pleasant and relaxed pace. It helps me release some of my anxiety, a sense of achievement, and a lovely full-body tiring sensation. I also have a program that I only watch one episode of every Sunday night, so I have something to look forward to.
