How do companies now view candidates from Meta?
Hi Fishes I have been interviewing with Microsoft for the role of Product Manager done with 4 rounds.
I got a mail that I'm rejected
I reached out to the HR Team they mentioned, role is on hold along with many other roles
Anyone know how long this freeze is going to be ? people who already cleared most of rounds will be preferred when freeze opens ?
Please guide me as I've put all my Hopes on this role.

I'm curious what the average salary is for an Associate Agent. I'm licensed & do everything after the sale is made as well as refer new business. I have 14 years in the industry but have been at the current company less than a year, so I know that plays a part as well. Anyone in a like-position by chance?State Farm Allstate Travelers

I had a few interviews and they were awkward. They ask you what the bottom dollar is for your salary with a potential peer on the call. I did not continue due to that and what I found out on Glassdoor about the culture.
My interview rounds went okay. I met with several managers from different divisions--medical claims, HR services and risk management.
Not personally, but if you google "selective insurance interview" and check Glassdoor, you can get some insight into the process and how long it took for various roles. Good luck!
I did not finish the entire interview process because I got a much better offer. I only had an initial interview with them and it went okay I guess. They were polite and professional.
Where was your better offer from if you don’t mind me asking?
Be prepared for regulatory questions. I remember a question that stumped me was: How do you prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced work environment?
I had the same experience where they pressed me on my absolute bottom dollar salary offer. When I finally gave the number they said abruptly, “that’s much higher than we are willing to offer. Best of luck to you.”
