Anyone getting away with using personal cards despite firm policy to use corporate card? Like using a different Amex than corp card on Amex travel portal?

Haven't been able to use it on the travel portal. But I put down my Marriott card at hotels and expense that, latest approved expense report that was from December

Never got the company card

There was a sm in my team who did that with his expenses. He just saved every receipt and was fine but it is against policy...

Do you have a set $ you save every month? I'm 27, I've been tracking spend since 2020 and my $ saved has very strong variances MoM. If we consider 2021 a more "regular" year, I varied from $600 saved one month up to $3.2k in another (though that was partially due to a job change)... It's not affecting my overall saving % (was 46%) but wondering if I should try to even it out a bit more?
