Anyone go through remote learning this year? Any perspectives to share?

Its a long shot but I am looking to move to Charlotte next year and wanted to know if there are any open remote jobs in learning and development. i have 8 years experience with specialty in lms and compliance

Still WFH? What are other chambers doing for task management? Our chambers has been keeping up with assignments, incoming emails needing judge’s eyes, and written orders, all through Microsoft Planner. We share PDFs through Sharepoint folders. Although we still email draft orders back and forth, the system seems to work well enough. We still aren’t operating at our previous capacity because it takes 10x the number of steps to get a motion heard or an order entered—90% of our workload.

As more and more companies institute a work from home policy, I think it will gradually become the norm. As a 28 year old man who wants to settle down soon, which city would you recommend I look into, assuming me and my partner can work from home? I work in Cybersecurity so would prefer to be closer to the jobs in my field without having to live in the same city.

1. Something that’s less quantitative / producing and checking numbers constantly
2. Managerial and people-focused - not just an IC role
3. Ideally remote with some kind of international flavor

Accounting advisory big4 or IA at F100. Both senior roles. Roughly same base pay.

Big4 has clear trajectory and interesting work.

F100 has 14% bonus, perm remote, and immediate vesting 401k over 7%.

Does anyone else try flipping on stockx? I got into it unintentionally when WFH started with my first purchase of a pair of Nike reacts (I didn't like them enough to wear them). My company is actually pretty damn great to work for. So many love it, but our pay is low compared to the rest of the financial sector, and so when people with great experience come knocking, HR denies them because the ask is outside the price range. So mangy managers are pushing back but damn. Why shoot yourself in the foot like that?
