Got an interview with Amazon within their Advertising department. I hear working for Amazon can be great if you get into the right department. Anyone have insights to their advertising department? Good or bad? Also, would love some interview tips if you have them! (It’s for an Executive Assistant position) thank you!

Yes from Deloitte out of undergrad.
Yes, I bet the call is just to give you an offer
It’s not unheard of! I have received phone interview invites with senior members of the team for 30 minutes, from many firms. Different firms do it differently.
Also, in my experience director level interviews are for "fit" and your presence. They want to test if you're ready to be client-facing. 2nd year consultant out of undergrad.
If you did well the Call is to give you the offer. It'll be 10-15 mins. If it's actually 30 you did something wrong. I'm surprised they didn't fly you out.
Final round with MD is a “confirming” interview. You’re in unless you act like a complete awkward weirdo. They mostly don’t care
Ok cool! Thanks @C1
Yes PwC gave me an offer after phone only.
I got an offer by phone too
I already had 3 interviews (HR Phone Screen, Behaviorial, Skills) and this one is with the Managing Director to go over “career profession, the practice, my experience” @Accenture2
HR said it’s because I’m in a state where there’s no presence and if offered a job, I’ll be moving anyway which is ok cause I’ve been wanting to move
🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾 hope so!!! Thanks!
