I recently flew to Asia for a trip, and the flights there and back were about 25+ hours plus 2 layovers. I brought my regular skincare items to wash my face on the plane and felt super refreshed and hydrated. This included cleanser, toner, serum, moisturizer, and a lip nasp. I recommend bringing cotton pads and toner to wipe your face if you've been flying for hours and your skin feels gross. I also bought this grape water spray, which was extremely refreshing.
Flying can have your skin feeling super dry. You’re going to want extra hydration. My flight attendant friends use Clarins’ moisturizing cream and I’m seconding that recommendation for a hydrating mist!
In addition to a lip mask (I like Lanolips as a brand), you should also consider a moisturizing hand sanitizer and hand cream. I like Hempz’s Triple Moisturizer for either. I also enjoy Clarins’ hand cream.
Drink a lot of water, bring moisturizer and lip balm!

Glossier lip balm.dot, SkinFix+ Eczema hand lotion, micellar water in a travel size bottle and a cotton round pad to “refresh” and The Ordinary moisturizer since it gets dry! Plus SPF!
I also apply a vitamin c serum to brighten up my skin
Don’t forget an eye oil/cream with caffeine to reduce dark circles/puffiness - I like The Ordinary’s.
