Anyone have a Sig O that wants to still stay 100% locked down due to Covid? I’ve struggled a lot through the pandemic because I’m very social. It’s way worse now when my wife is adamant about us basically doing nothing socially, no indoor eating, etc. Even no Easter with family… with the family not being overly risky but just basically a balanced Covid life. We have one kid under 1. Honestly just curious if anyone has dealt with this and any tips.

Whenever i have a big deadline, my body goes into a panic mode where my energy immediately goes to figuring out how I’ll get something done well and on time. Outwardly, I don’t seem stressed so no one notices but actually I usually feel like I have a cold: fatigue, headache, sore throat, sinus infection. When a task is done, i stop feeling like crap. Hi guys, i have a current CTC of fixed 30L and I got a variable ~8L (32%). I heard that Bofa doesn't give bonus so what is the ideal one can quote the HR and should look reasonable?
PS - I heard that Bofa gives an average hike of 10% whereas in consulting I have always received hike > 20 or above.
Given this and markets I was hoping for ~50L (considering 30+8)? Any suggestions. Also they are in an urgent requirement for the role to be filled. I need suggestions on this number. Thanks in advance
