Anyone have any luck getting PA roles through Backstage? I just signed up at the beginning of this month. I need to get more experience for my resume and feel like I might get it through the website, but I’m new to it so I have no idea.

I am interviewing at a Production Studio and it’s going well. The majority of my experience is agency side. They mentioned base salary with commission, as they want to see growth in the next 3-5 years. There has been no talk of salary yet. What does a base salary for an EP with commission usually look like in this role? What should I be asking for?
