I managed, I'm a Senior, I thought I was below, spoke to a few partners, not just one, I was factual told them what a Senior with my education and experience in my town should be paid. Got a 50% raise. No joke, ha! But of course I'd had a great year, was super well rated, great reviews, etc.
Yes but ended up leaving anyway. Nothing more stressful than all those conversations and never felt more vulnerable in my career
I switched firms with a 10% increase at the same level. My partner at my old firm said I should've asked for a signing bonus.
I just spoke with a recruiter about this, and he said 10-25% is typical.

I tried this too, but did not succeed because of our new cohorts model.

No worries, I'm assuming if this ever does happen it's extremely rare. Maybe I'll look for another practice I "might" join...
