Did well on a skills interview and got through to the next round right away but it's been almost a week and haven't heard about scheduling the confirming interview, just "we'll let you know." How long could this take? I don't want to pick up the search again with other companies but should I treat this as being ghosted?

I just started with a company as an HR Generalist. Within the 3 weeks of being there, my boss’s boss left, and today I found out my boss gave notice. HR is not valued at the company and it’s disheartening to know I was hired into a mess. I had my Assessor interview this past week and received a pre-screening questionnaire that asked about dual citizenship status. Because I don't even have a passport for the country I am a dual citizen for, I didn't even think about the possibile complications this could lead to with my application.
