Looking for some advice - I'm thinking about going back to school in the next few years for my MBA and I'm wondering if I should stay at my firm for another year until I get promoted to consultant (level that most MBAs come in as) or if I should not bother and leave next year as a Senior Associate? I am in lot of confusion right now. On 5th of Jan was my scheduled joining but didn't received any invite link and when enquired got to know that my BGC is in progress. I checked with all the employers of mine and they seems to complied with all the requirements from TCS, still it is in progress. So I am not sure what to do? Please help me.

I am the only developer in my team and my manager has assigned me a project in which I need to create a tool from scratch although that is currently running in production build by third party and we don't have access to that code.

I am on notice period and I am 100% sure that project won't be completed before my LWD.

What should I do, I asked him to put some extra team members but he didn't agree, seems like he will add extra team members 2-3 weeks before my LWD.
